Debuting in 1999 as one of the first square-pressed premium cigars, VSG is blended by Carlito Fuente Jr. around a dark Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper over Dominican binder and filler aged a minimum of four to five years. Full-bodied notes of cedar, espresso, black pepper, and leather have kept it rated in the low-to-mid 90s for over two decades.
