The third Charter Oak release, bridging the gap between the line's Connecticut Shade and Broadleaf Maduro versions — named, like the rest of the series, for the historic Connecticut Charter Oak tree. Made at AJ Fernandez's Esteli factory with an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper (not Connecticut-grown, due to limited supply) over Nicaraguan binder and filler: cedar, mixed pepper, nutmeg, clove, cocoa, toasted pecan, and citrus zest. Named Cigar Aficionado's #1 Best Value Cigar.
