Released in 1997, originally blended by Jose 'Jochy' Blanco for the La Aurora factory and now produced by Tabacalera Palma. A Connecticut-Ecuador wrapper over Dominican Olor/Cuban-seed filler gives earth and wood in the standard Connecticut version, coffee, cream, and cedar in the Maduro, and nuts, pepper, and sweetness in the milder Paradisus line — an everyday-value cigar with more complexity than its price suggests.
