Released in 2016 amid rising cigar regulation, drawing a parallel to the 1794 Whiskey Rebellion — the armed uprising against the US government's first domestic whiskey tax. Vitolas are named for historical figures from that conflict (Hamilton, Jefferson, Washington). An Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over a rare Indonesian Besuki binder and aged Dominican/Nicaraguan filler gives red pepper, leather, dark roasted coffee, caramel, cedar, and cocoa, full-bodied.
