Terms of Service

The Cigar Community is an information service. We aggregate publicly available price and availability data from third-party online retailers and present it in one place. We do not sell, ship, or distribute tobacco products of any kind. All purchases are made directly between you and the retailer.

We are not a tobacco retailer and do not act as one. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell tobacco.

You must be 21 years of age or older to use this service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate any account where this cannot be verified.

Access to price comparison features requires a paid subscription. We offer the following plans:

• Standard — $7.99/month or $59.99/year. Includes full price search, live stock, and restock/price-drop alerts.
• Collector — $12.99/month or $99/year. Adds instant drop alerts, full price history, and unlimited watchlist.

All new subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Your payment method is captured at signup; your first charge occurs on day 7. You may cancel at any time before day 7 without being charged. Cancellations after the trial period take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — no refunds for partial periods.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We use Stripe to process payments. By subscribing you agree to Stripe’s services agreement. We do not store your full card number.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our price data in bulk.
• Use automated tools to query the service at scale.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your subscription.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Prices and stock levels are checked periodically from retailer websites. Each listing displays a “last checked” timestamp. We make no guarantee that any price or stock status is accurate at the moment you view it. Always verify current price and availability directly with the retailer before purchasing.

Some links to retailers may be affiliate links. If you click through and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence which retailers or products we display, or the order in which prices appear — results are always sorted by price, lowest first.

Users may submit ratings and reviews. By posting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the site. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community standards.

Reviews represent the opinions of individual members and do not reflect the views of The Cigar Community.

All site design, software, and original content are the property of The Cigar Community and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party product names, brands, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be accurate or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cigar Community shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any purchase you make from a third-party retailer based on information displayed here.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
